Common Questions

Is this the same as a home inspection?
No. While there are areas of overlap, this service is focused on observation and documentation during construction—not post-construction inspection or code enforcement.  Home Inspectors typically inspect finished homes for real estate transactions.

Does this create conflict with my builder or project team?
No. The role is independent and non-adversarial—intended to support the project team, not direct or interfere with their work.  

When does this take place?
At defined, critical phases during construction, or as needed based on project conditions and requests.

What is the value of this service?
